ABC Fitness is a training studio that cares about your personal success. We believe every individual deserves to be empowered by the knowledge and exercise programming that will improve their health, performance, and quality of life.

Everyone can benefit from having a program that works for them. We have the training and experience to work with clients across a broad spectrum of capabilities, ages, health conditions, and interests. (We have yet to meet someone we couldn’t help.)

Exercise is a vast topic with many schools of thought. We explore, learn, and adapt our methodology to keep us up to date with emerging trends and science. Pilates, Circuit training, Powerlifting, Weight Management, Boxing, Olympic Lifting, and Functional Movement training are among some of the disciplines we practice and teach.

We operate primarily in our studio, however we also cater to home appointments. It may be possible for us to replicate or expand workouts you might do in your community gym as well depending on equipment and the policies of the facility.

We strive to make a positive impact on your health however often you decide to work with us. Whether you see us three times a week or three times a year, we want to be a resource for you as you move towards your goals.

Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability. Incorporating proper breathing technique and alignment of the body enhances the efficiency of every repetition. Katie Crowe, our certified Pilates instructor, teaches STOTT Pilates which is considered the “gold standard” in the fitness industry. This is due to its high certification requirements, as well as its integration of modern-day knowledge pertaining to anatomy, biomechanics, and the fascial system. Your introductory session in Pilates includes a postural assessment in which your individual postural imbalances are identified, and a program tailored to your needs can be designed. You will also learn the basic STOTT Pilates principles of breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular mobility and stability, and head and cervical placement. These introductory concepts will enhance and reinforce the effectiveness of your Pilates practice.
